Please make certain your organization meets the criteria to seek a grant proposal. We realize that completing an application takes valuable staff time and appreciate you providing the most complete information possible to enable the Board in its decision-making process.

Tony Stewart Foundation accepts grant applications from qualified organizations providing mission for any of our 3 primary focus areas. PRIOR TO submitting the first step in the grant application process (the Permission to Submit Form), please review our mission and 3 areas of focus to understand what applications will be considered. Due to the volume of grant applications received, if your organization does not fall within our foundation's mission, no return reply to your application will be received.
These two primary application forms can be completed online, saved and printed to mail with a copy of your organization’s IRS Letter of Determination to the Tony Stewart Foundation, 5644 West 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46278.

Q. Can I submit more than one request in a cycle?
A. No. An organization may submit only one application per cycle.
Q. How can I find out the status of my request?
