TONY STEWART RACING
Tony Stewart Racing (TSR) is the title-winning World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series team owned by three-time Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion Tony Stewart. The organization has captured 22 short-track racing titles (14 in the United States Auto Club and eight World of Outlaws) since its inception in 2001. In 2018, TSR will field a team for eight-time World of Outlaws Crafstman Sprint Car Series champion Donny Schatz and a team for Stewart. Based in Brownsburg, Indiana, TSR operates out of a 25,000-square-foot facility.
Eldora Speedway is a half-mile dirt racing facility located in western Ohio. The ‘Big E’ is owned by three-time NASCAR Sprint Cup champion Tony Stewart. The Indiana native purchased Eldora in 2004 from legendary promoter Earl Baltes. Baltes built Eldora in 1954 and had been the sole owner of the facility from day one. Eldora plays host to some of the largest dirt racing events in the country, including the Dirt Late Model Dream, Kings Royal, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and the World 100 – all of which attract over 20,000 spectators on an annual basis.
On July 10, 2018, Gene Haas – industrialist and CEO, Haas Automation – partnered Tony Stewart, then a two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion. The new operation, known as Stewart-Haas Racing, became official in January 2009 and fielded two NASCAR Cup Series entries – one for Stewart and another for Ryan Newman. Ten years later and now housed in a 200,000-square-foot facility in Kannapolis, North Carolina, Stewart-Haas has a four-car field featuring Kevin Harvick’s No. 4 Ford Fusion, Aric Almirola’s No. 10 Ford Fusion, Clint Bowyer’s No. 14 Ford Fusion and Kurt Busch’s No. 41 Ford Fusion. And, since the partnership began another 2 NASCAR Cup Series championships have been added – Tony Stewart (2011) and Kevin Harvick (2014).
